These are online banks, you get paid to these banks from the PTC's, from these banks you can transfer the amount of money to your local bank accounts, you can also purchase things online from these banks, you can join these from www.paypal.com and www.alertpay.com. Its free, and simple, you dont have to give any information about your credit card, your local bank or anything.
